Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Notice

The AI Image Prompts Mega Pack is a digital product delivered within 50 minutes via download link upon payment confirmation. Because the product is intangible and delivered immediately, it is generally non-refundable once accessed — in accordance with standard digital goods policy and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).

2. When We Do Issue Refunds

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

• You were charged but did not receive your download link within 24 hours
• The download link is broken or inaccessible and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours
• You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment)
• The product delivered is significantly different from what was described on the sales page

3. When We Do Not Issue Refunds

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• You have already downloaded and accessed the product
• You changed your mind after purchase
• The AI tool you are using does not produce results you expected (output quality depends on the AI platform, not the prompts)
• You purchased the wrong product
• Refund is requested more than 7 days after the purchase date

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@sparkoailab.com with:

• Your full name and email address used for the purchase
• Your order ID or payment reference number
• The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 12 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are happy to resolve any issues directly and promptly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in your access being revoked.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian law. For customers in the EU, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Directive are not affected.
